This will be an agreement between Gina Collinsworth and the Impact Prevention Coalition for contract public relations and new media marketing services as described.
GOALS:
• Develop sustainable and successful pr strategy
o Brand the organization as the lead in prevention activity in the region
o Startegize and help promote organization to key stakeholders and community to result in highest public engagement, perception and market share
o Streamline organizational communications aimed at external audiences for staff to successfully execute
Develop External Communication Strategy and Deliver on Approved Action Items
1. Develop social media strategy & identify opportunities for growth
a. Hashtags
b. Add platforms (ex. Instagram, LinkedIn)
2. Establish editorial calendar for continuity, align content and timeline of regular posts
3. Develop website content, implement Blog, branded visual design, keyword strategy/SEO

Event Ideas suggested:
• Spare Time Bowling Lanes (bowling, roller skating, pool) maybe 80’s theme?
• Writing Contest (essays, poetry, or screenplay form) finalists to be judged by Mickey Fisher, potential for finding a scholarship to award to winner?
• Bus Tours of Historical District guided by Historical Society, ask Kay Rader
• Free 5K Run possibly at end of April (TriState Racer timing)

How to capture all of the events’ Demographic Data needed for grant reporting – Escape Experience will capture with tickets
Any ideas on who can Host the Open Mic night at the Coffee Lab? The Impact Group and maybe a local musician or recovery community leader?
Sam - talk with RoNa about event concessions, Spare Time for rental availability

Susan – attend Escape activity this Friday and report back, brainstorm entertainment lineup for RoNa (check on conflict of interest for Party Bus)

Mr. Fisher – asking son Micky if willing to judge winner of essay contest, also submitting a “bid” on the price to host Open Mic at the Coffee Lab
Timeline – Work will be ongoing, starting January 15, 2019 (first meeting) and may be ended as negotiated with a 2 week notice prior to end date, potentially ending late spring/early summer.
Work Schedule – mostly off site, as determined by Gina, with attendance to meetings via in person and telecommuting as requested.
1. Client responsibilities. Clear and honest communication will be key to success. We should plan to meet via phone, web or in person at least 2X per month, with regular email or FB group updates as needed.
2. Expenses and change order terms. This section of the freelance contract documents the expenses the client will need to pay for and under what circumstances you can ask for more money to cover additional work the client requests.
1. Mileage– with prior approval, add +1 hour travel time, in lieu of mileage for Lawrence County required meetings
2. Permission to hire graphic designer additional logo design – Budget to be negotiated projected at $300 per logo
3. Payment terms: TBD, proposed hourly @ $20 per hour MAX 20 hours per week invoiced on the first day of each month (starting February 1, 2019)
